Cash Expanded (AR28.4)

Use Cash Expanded (AR28.4) to view detailed information for a specific customer payment.

Field Description
Payment The payment number identifying the cash.
Customer The customer number associated with the payment as defined in Customer Group Address (AR09.1).
Company The company number as defined in (Company) AR01.
Base Currency The base currency defined for the company in the Lawson General Ledger system.
Batch The cash batch number associated with the payment.
Sequence The sequence number.
Deposit Date The deposit date defined for the payment.
Post Date The general ledger date defined for the payment.
Base Amount: The amount of the payment in the company base currency.
Unapplied Amount: The unapplied amount of the payment.
Reference: The field displays the reference number assigned to this payment.
Process level: The Process Level assigned to the payment.
Cash Code: The cash code assigned to this payment.
AR Code: The received not applied or prepayment code assigned to the payment.
Payment Transaction: If the payment is a prepayment, this field indicates the type of transaction the prepayment is for. Valid values are: B=Billing Invoice, C=Credit Memo, D=Debit Memo, I=Invoice, M=Mixed sign line item transaction, N=Non-Lawson Transaction, O=Order Entry Order.
Prepayment: Identifies the prepayment reference.
Operator The operator code representing the person who entered the payment. If operator codes are not used, the operator’s sign-on the identification displays.
Lockbox, Batch The Lockbox code assigned to the payment batch. And the batch number assigned to the lockbox interface batch record. Used for reference only.
Cancel Date The date the payment was transferred to another customer, transferred to non-accounts receivable status, or processed as a return to maker payment.
Cancel Reason If the payment is cancelled, this field displays the cancel reason. Valid values are: Transferred, Return to Maker. NOTE If the payment was transferred to another customer, the Transfer To Customer field contains the customer the payment was transferred to. If the payment was transferred to non-accounts receivable status, the Transfer To Customer field will be blank.
Transfer To Customer: If "Transferred" displays in the Cancel Reason field, this field displays the customer the payment was transferred to, if applicable. If the payment was transferred to non-accounts receivable status, this field will be blank.
Transfer Amount: The transferred payment amount displays.
Transfer From Customer If "Transferred" displays in the Cancel Reason field, this field displays the customer the payment was transferred from, if applicable. If the payment was transferred to non-accounts receivable status, this field will be blank.
Transfer Date The Date when the payment was transferred displays.
Currency: The currency of the payment. Defaults from the cash code assigned to the payment batch.
Amount The Amount of the payment in the currency payment.
Status The current status of the payment.
Rate The exchange rate used to convert the payment amount from the payment currency to the company base currency.
