Secondary Withholding Code (AP08.1)

Use Secondary Withholding Code (AP08.1) to define and maintain secondary withholding codes. A Secondary Withholding Code links an accrual account to an invoice payment. These codes are used to keep track of secondary (additional) withholding for vendors.
