Setup Interface (AC560)
Run Setup Interface (AC560) to import activity, activity group and contract information into Project Accounting. This import allows the addition of new activity/activity group/contract combinations. Only complete "sets" of information can be imported into AC from BR, meaning if an activity group and activity already exist in AC, you cannot use this form to import only a contract.
Use Setup Interface Adjustment (AC56.1) to enter records that are interfaced using this program.
Processing Effect
The data is stored in the AC Setup Template Interface file. When you run Setup Interface (AC560), it updates the Activity, Activity Levels, Activity Resource Assignment, Activity Address Assignment, and Activity List Attribute Values files.
More Information
You can run this program in update mode, non-update mode, or partial update mode. Partial update mode validates and/or adds only the activity group for each activity/activity group/contract record. All other information is validated, but not added.
