Activity Status Report (AC412)

Run Activity Status Report (AC412) to get a list of activities with total amounts to date and the time lapse since the last (or highest) posting date.

Use this report to identify activities to be closed; however, information on all activities of any activity status can also be printed. An extended period of time since the last posting date is a signal that an activity ought to be closed or purged.
