Manual Commitments Purge (AC346)
Run Manual Commitments Purge (AC346) to remove, or purge, manual commitments.
You should run AC346 regularly to purge manual commitments that have been expensed.
Caution:
This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this
program, back up your data according to your organization's procedures. Before
you submit the report, carefully review the parameters.
Note: Before you run AC346 for update, use the Report Only update
option to produce a listing of commitments to be purged.
