Activity Account Mass Change (AC113)
Run Activity Account Mass Change (AC113) to change field values for the selected activities. This program updates the fields on Activity (AC10.1) for the selected activities.
You can update any or all of the fields listed on this form.
- Select the Activity tab to select the activities whose fields will be changed.
- Select the Defaults tab to change the default company, accounting, unit, account, subaccount, and/or end date for the selected activities.
- Select the Budgets tab to change budget-related fields for the selected activities.
- Select the Award page to change grant-related field values for the selected activities.
- Select the Salary Cap tab to change grant-related salary cap field values for the selected activities.

In order to change a field, you must choose a select value for the field.
- If you select A (ALL) for a field, you cannot select any value in the Old column and you must select a new value in the New column. The corresponding field will be updated to the new value for all selected activities, whatever the old value of the field.
- If you select X (Specified) for a field, you must select a value in the Old column and a value in the New column. The field will be updated to the new value only for selected activities whose old value for that field equals the value you selected in the Old column.
