Adding Async roles to administrative users

All administrators who monitor user BODs must have access to the Landmark Async administrative pages. The access is granted through roles. This section explains how to verify if the correct roles have been assigned to the administrator and assign an appropriate role if necessary.

  1. From the Landmark applet or Infor Rich Client, perform a search for ActorRole.
  2. From the ActorRole page, find the actor who requires access to the async administrative pages and assign one of these roles:
    • JobQueueServer_ST
    • AsyncJobAdministrator_ST
    If the actor is logged on when the record is updated, they must log off and on for the new role assignment to take place.
