Configure the LDAPBIND Service and Login Procedure for LSF

The configuration described here is required to ensure that all users, including those who use products that do not participate in passive client, can log in seamlessly to all Infor Lawson components when a SAML-based tool such as Infor STS or AD FS is used as the main authentication system.
