Mass-synchronizing existing LSF roles for on-premises installations

In conjunction with synchronization BODs, the LSF ssoconfig utility can be used to bring LSF roles to Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le).

When the ssoconfig role sync function is run, LSF sends a BOD for each role to Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le). If the role description is empty, the Description field will be set with the Role ID.

  1. To run the role sync command interactively:
    1. Launch the ssoconfig utility. From an LSF command prompt, specify ssoconfig -c and if prompted specify the password for security utilities.
    2. From the main menu of ssoconfig, select Manage User Provisioning.
    3. From the next menu, select Sync All Roles.
  2. To run the role sync command in batch mode. From an LSF command prompt, specify ssoconfig -rs password wherepassword is the password for security utilities.
