Adding a role
- On the Role Manager page, click the Add New Role Form icon.
 - Specify the Description and ID. The ID should not be more than 50 characters.
 - To assign a Parent Role to your role, click the icon to display the RM Query Builder window.
 - 
        Specify this information:
        
- Field Name
 - 
                
The parameter of the Parent Role you are searching. From the drop-down menu, select Description, ID, or Parent Role.
 - Operator
 - 
                
The criteria used to filter the results. From the drop-down menu, select is, is not, less than equal, greater than equal, starts with, or sounds like.
 - Value
 - 
                
The value used to compare the results. Specify the text, numerical, or special character value.
 
 - Click Add.
 - Click Next to process the search results.
 - Click and highlight any of the results and click OK to display the new parent role.
 - Click Save.
 - Click OK.
