Configuring Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) for ION Connect

Infor Lawson can pass information through ION Connect to Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) Enterprise Edition. If you are using the Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) Enterprise user interface you can enable and disable BOD drillbacks to Infor Lawson.

Ensure the following are in place as a part of configuring ION Connect:

• The Logical ID defined in ION Connect must be the same as the Logical ID defined in Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le).

• Users of Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) Enterprise are able to follow documents as social objects. Social Objects are interfaced to Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) Enterprise as Business Object Documents (BODs). Ensure that the Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) Enterprise server is configured in ION Connect.
