What is User Monitoring?

The user monitoring tool provides the capability to log and view usage information for Infor Lawson applications.

You can use User Monitoring to:

• Monitor peak usage

• Keep track of high-level information about users' interaction with the system (session, connectivity, application modules accessed)

• Create summary reports

• Export data in CSV format so that it can be viewed and manipulated using the tool of choice.
