Export the SSOP service and create a backup

  1. Open a command prompt and move to your Lawson environment.
  2. Type the command to start the ssoconfig utility.

    ssoconfig –c <SSOPpassword>

  3. Type 5 to Manage Lawson Services and press Enter.
  4. Type 6 to Export service and identity info and press Enter.
  5. For Do you want to export all the services? type 2 (NO) and press Enter.
  6. For Enter the services name separated by comma to be exported, type SSOP and press Enter.
  7. For Do you want to export the identities, type NONE and press Enter.
  8. For Enter file name to save export as, type SSOPbackup.xml.
  9. When the export is finished, type 11 to exit.
