Change the key values for the "lawson" identity for the SSOPV2 service

  1. Access Identity Management>Identity List.
  2. Select the lawson user and choose the X icon.

    The lawson user is deleted.

  3. Choose Actions>Create Identity to create a new identity for the lawson user.

    In the Create Identity screen, provide the following information:

    Service

    SSOPV2

    Username

    Example

    lawson@LAWSON.COM

    Password

    lawson user’s domain password

  4. Click Save. The message displays Identity Created.

    The identity key format for the lawson identity is created with the format lawson@<UPPERCASE_KERBEROS_REALM_NAME>.

    Example

    lawson@LAWSON.COM.

  5. Assign the lawson actor to the new identity. Access User Management>Actor Management.

    Select the lawson actor and select Assign Existing Identity to Actor. On the Actor window, fill in the fields:

    Service

    Select SSOPV2

    Identity

    Select the new lawson user identity you created above

  6. Click OK.
