User BODs coming from Landmark

User BODs published in Landmark and flowing to Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) can have the statuses shown in the table:

ION Outbox Status Meaning / Troubleshooting steps
New

New is a normal state for a user BOD when it is first created.

A user BOD can become stuck in New status. If you believe this is the case for a BOD, access Async Administrator to review the ION Outbox queue for failed triggers. For any Terminated Abnormally errors, try requeueing or deleting them.

Sent

Sent is a normal state when a BOD moves successfully from Landmark to the I/O Box.

A user BOD can become stuck in Sent status. This can happen if the flow is not set to Active or if the connection points in the flow are not correctly set up. In ION, navigate to Connect > Data Flow and check the flow for Landmark to Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le). Correct the flow as needed.

Processed The user BOD was picked up by ION and sent to Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le). To view more information about the BOD, use ION OneView in ION Desk.
