Verify the installation

  1. Ensure that the WebSphere application server (and the web server, if present) are running.
  2. Use the following smoke tests to verify that the DSSO installation was successful.
    Note: In the URLs below,

    • If you are not using a web server, Port is the HTTP transport port for the application server.

    • If you are using redirection through a web server, Port is the web server port.

    Smoke test Expected result

    In the address line of a web browser, specify

    http://WebServerName:Port/sso/ SSOServlet

    Displays the single sign-on login box. Specify in the Lawson Single Sign-on user name and password.

    The following message appears: Login Completed Successfully
    http://WebServerName:Port/ssoconfig/ SSOCfgInfoServlet Displays a raw xml file.
