Infor Security System Configuration Prerequisites

At the time you perform the steps in this document, you should have installed the appropriate versions of the products in the list below.

  • Infor Lawson System Foundation and all prerequisite products following instructions Infor Lawson Core Technology Installation Guide

  • Infor Security Services following instructions in Infor Security Administration Installation Guide

  • Infor Landmark Technology and all prerequisite products following instructions Infor Landmark Technology Installation Guide

  • For LSF versions 10.0.10.x or earlier: Install all patches related to security.

  • For LSF versions 10.0.11.x or later: Keep current with CUs.

  • For Landmark: Keep current with CUs.

  • Make sure that the user who will perform ISS configuration tasks is able to authenticate on ISS and all Infor Lawson systems that are being secured through ISS (for example, LSF and Landmark).

  • Review the readme file on the download record for the Distributed Installation Package (DSP) for additional requirements.

  • Review the Infor Compatibility Matrix, available on Infor Xtreme, for information about:

    • Supported browsers

    • Supported versions of Infor products used with ISS

    • Supported versions of any other third-party products
