Launch the installation program

The installation program must be located on the machine where you are installing the product. Lawson recommends that you create a directory where you can run the installation program.

  1. Log in to the machine as a Windows administrator.
  2. Create a temporary directory for the installation.
  3. Move the downloaded installation .exe file into the InstallDirectory
  4. If you are installing on Windows Vista, the User Account Control window opens.

    Click Continue.

  5. The Welcome screen appears. Click Next.

    Accept the license agreement and click Next.

  6. On the Customer Information screen, enter your name and organization. Choose whether to install this application for anyone to use, or for only the lawson user to use. Click Next.
