Pre-installation requirements

If you already have any previous version of OLE DB Object Services, uninstall it.

If you are using Cloud Identities with multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforced, install the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime. Up-to-date information about supported third-party products is in the Infor Lawson Compatibility Matrix document available in the Infor Concierge.

Install or upgrade Crystal Reports before installing or upgrading OLE DB Object Services.

• For 32-bit version of Crystal Reports, download the 32-bit OLE DB Object Services (InforOLEDBSetup.exe).
• For 64-bit version of Crystal Reports, download the 64-bit OLE DB Object Services (InforOLEDBSetup-x64.exe).
