Securable Objects

This section provides an overview of securable objects used with functional profiles, the kind used for securing normal users. Securable objects and securable types for administrative profiles are more complex and are discussed in a later section.

A securable object is an object to which you want to apply access control. Any time you write a rule, the first step is to select the securable object.
