Writing Rules to Secure the Administrator
Use these procedures to write rules for controlling access by security administrators to the objects in the Lawson Security Administrator itself.
For all securable types, you can control the access level security administrators have to the rules governing the securable type. For example, if you have set the SERVER securable type to Inquire only, do you want to allow a security administrator to change that setting to include the privilege to modify the server configuration? Many securable types also have other access settings that you can set. For example, for the security class securable type, you can control whether security administrators can make changes to the security class definition itself and whether security administrators can make any changes to the rules within security classes.
For individual securable objects, you can only write rules that grant all access or deny all access.
