Turning SSO logging on/off through the Lawson Security Administrator Desktop Client

Application logging is available for this version of Lawson Security Administrator (LSA) and earlier. For application logging to work, you must run LSA as an Administrator.

  1. On your desktop, right-click the Lawson Security Administrator icon and open the application from its file location.
  2. Right-click LawsonSecAdmin.exe and select Properties.
  3. Click the Compatibility tab.
  4. In Settings, select Run this program as an administrator.
  5. Click Apply then click OK.
  6. Run Lawson Security Administrator. On the login screen, click Settings.
  7. On the Settings dialog box, select Enable Logging.
  8. In Log Level, select Debug or Error.
    Debug
    Logs the detail trace.
    Error
    Logs the encountered errors.
  9. Click Browse to select the location where the logs are stored.
  10. Click Apply then click Yes to save the settings.
  11. Close the login screen and launch the Lawson Security Administrator executable again.
