Creating and Administering Services and Agents
Services and agents are important components of Single Sign-on. (Agents are a type of service that are used with Self-Service applications.) They store data about which users can access authentication-required components within the Lawson system. Users who have identities on multiple services and agents need to authenticate only one time to have access to all Lawson components that require authentication.
The chapters in this section describe how to create services and agents, which might be necessary after your initial installation, if you have purchased a Lawson component that requires authentication. They also describe how to configure an existing service or agent.
