Refreshing Metadata

The Schema Editor File menu has an option called Refresh Meta Data File. Use this feature with caution. The purpose of this feature is to revert to the version of metadata that is currently in production on the server.

If you select this option, all changes you have made with Schema Editor (that is, any changes you have made for which ldif has not been imported into the LDAP server) will be permanently erased.

This feature is intended to be used as a last-resort troubleshooting tool.
