ESS and MSS user tasks

This section provides breakdowns of the tasks that users of the Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service applications need to perform.

ESS tasks

Users of the Employee Self-Service application must be able to perform the following functions:

  • View leave balances

  • Change address

  • Change dependent / beneficiary information

  • Submit time cards

MSS tasks

At Road Rager, users of the Manager Self-Service application must be able to perform the following functions:

  • Perform direct report inquiries

  • Time card approval
