Create custom roles

In the analysis phase of implementation, Louis determined that the following custom role was needed.

• PowerUserHRPR: A role that provides access to HR and Payroll application suites. This role is needed by the HR and Payroll administrators, Jan and Fred.

Louis created this role using the Resource Management Administrator tool. He did this before he added users which enabled him to assign the role to the users at the same time he added them to the system.
