Restore the backup files

To finish reverting to a previous feature release, you must move the backup files from Verify the backup files to your Infor Lawson server and your web server to restore any customizations.

  1. Move the files from your backup directory to your Infor Lawson server:
    %LAWDIR%\persistdata\lawson\portal\content\forms
    Replace any custom forms that you created.
    %LAWDIR%\persistdata\lawson\portal\content\personalize
    Replace any personalizations that you created.
    %LAWDIR%\persistdata\lawson\portal\content\images
    Replace any custom images that you created.
    %LAWDIR%\persistdata\lawson\portal\content\pages
    Replace any custom pages that you created.
    %LAWDIR%\persistdata\lawson\portal\content\wizards
    Replace any custom wizards that you created.
    %LAWDIR%\persistdata\lawson\portal\data\roles
    Copy all role files. Delete the migratedversionfile.
    Note: Do not overwrite default.xml.
    %LAWDIR%\persistdata\lawson\portal\data\users
    Copy all user files.
    Note: Do not overwrite default.xml.
  2. Move the file from your backup directory to your web server:
    %WEBDIR%\lawson
    Replace portalconfig.xml with your backed-up version
