Adding the Browser Compatibility Mode property

You can use this procedure to add the Browser Compatibility Mode property for Lawson Portal. You are required to perform this procedure after installation.
Note: This procedure is not applicable to Infor OS or Infor Local Technology Runtime.
  1. Log on to the SharePoint server where Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) is installed.
  2. Open the Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) Property Bag Configuration tool.
    1. Select Start > All Programs > Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) > Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) Property Bag Configuration.
  3. Specify the SPFarm account username and password using the Domain\Username format then click Login.
  4. Under Property Bag Storage Level, select the appropriate web application.
  5. Select the appropriate site collection and select Fetch.
  6. Search for Infor_Core_BrowserCompatibilityMode_Enabled, and verify that the property is not added.
  7. If the property is not found, click New Property next to the site collection.
  8. In Add/Edit property, specify Infor_Core_BrowserCompatibilityMode_Enabled.
  9. Specify a value IE = Edge.
    Note: IE = Edge is the recommended browser setting. This setting sets the value to the native version of Internet Explorer for each user.
  10. Select Submit to save the changes.
