To create a shortcut
- Select User Options (by default, this is available from the Administration Home page).
- Select the Favorites tab, and then click New.
- Type a name for the favorite, and then click OK.
- Type the location of the file that the favorite should access in the Please enter new favorite item URL field and click OK.
- If you want the favorite to open a new browser window, select Open in new window.

Click OK when you are finished making
selections.
The new favorite appears in the list of available favorites.
