To test your Infor Lawson web server login

  1. Open Internet Explorer. In the address line, specify the URL for the Infor Lawson system.

    • If you use the Infor Lawson Portal, specify this information:

      http://WebServer:Port#/lawson/portal

      Where WebServer:Port# is the name of your Infor Lawson web server and the web server listening port.

      Note: If you use a secure server, use https:// in the URL.
  2. When the Infor Lawson login screen appears, specify your Infor Lawson user name and password.

    If you can log in, Infor Lawson Add-ins has been installed and configured correctly.

    Note: If you cannot log into Infor Lawson using a web browser, there is a problem with your web server or with IOS. You cannot log into Infor Lawson Add-ins until the problem is resolved.
