Compile an Infor Lawson COBOL program

Program Option	Description
c	Don't use COBOL analyzer.
l	Produce compile listing.
u	Compile for syntax only.
S	Compile for syntax only.
D	Compile program for use with debugger.
C	Compile for use with debugger (.int).
G	Compile for use with debugger (.gnt).
T	Compile for TRACE.
P	Compile for profile.
B	Runs the Bismark utility for all PDLIB files. The Bismark utility creates an intermediate version of the source file that is used in the compilation process.
A	If the product line is in staged mode, compile a program to the stage directory.
O	If the product line is in staged mode, override the stage setting and place the compiled program in the runtime production environment.
