To insert selected fields into the current file

  1. Place the cursor in the current file where you want to insert the database fields.
  2. Follow the procedure in “To view database fields” above.
  3. Mark the field(s) you want to insert into the current file.
  4. Press Insert (F8).

    The marked fields are placed in the file at the cursor location.
