To view a work file definition

  1. Press Show (F7).
  2. Select Work File from the Show menu.
  3. Type or Select (F4) the following information:
    In this field Type or Select (F4)
    Product Line The product line for the work file.
    System Code

    The system code for the work file.

    - or -

    Blank for a global work file.
    Program Code The name of the program to which the work file is attached.
    File Name The work file name.

    The remaining fields are filled in after the File Name is entered. They cannot be edited.

  4. Press Detail (F5) to view the work file fields in that file.
  5. Press Detail (F5) again to view field information for any field in that file.
  6. Press ESC or press OK twice to close the detail forms.
