To view database file definitions

  1. Press Show (F7).
  2. Select Database file from the Show menu.
  3. Press OK.
  4. Enter the following information on the File Information form.
    In this field Type or Select (F4)
    Product Line The product line for the database file.
    File Name The name of the database file.

    The System and Prefix cannot be edited.
