Preventing users from changing hotkey assignments

By default, users are allowed to make changes to the Infor Lawson-delivered hotkeys. You can prevent them from doing so.

Note: Information about how to change hotkeys is in user documentation.
  1. Access Manage Roles (by default, this is on an administrator's home page).
  2. From the main Role Manager dialog box, double-click the role you want to update.
  3. On the General tab, clear the Allow keyboard customization check box, and then select Apply.
