To view information about phrases and value lists

  1. On the Language Definition form, select a language other than U. S. English.
  2. Press Define (F6).
  3. Select Phrases, Column Phrases, or Value Lists.

    Depending on what type of item you chose, the Phrase Translation, Column Translation, or Value Translation subform appears.

  4. Select a phrase, column phrase, or value list.
  5. Press Detail (F5).
  6. Select Where Used or Size Info, depending on what type of information you want to view.
