Exporting and importing HTTP endpoints and endpoint groups
You can export endpoint information from one server and import the information to a different server. You might do this if, for example, you want to populate a Production server with information from a Test server.

If you are currently running the ssoconfig utility,
continue with step 2.

If you are not currently running the ssoconfig utility:

From a command prompt, specify
ssoconfig -c
- At the prompt, specify the password for the ssoconfig utility.
- At the prompt asking if you want to export all services, select Y for Yes.

From a command prompt, specify

To export endpoint and endpoint group data:
- From the main ssoconfig menu, select 9, Manage Lawson HTTP Endpoints.
- Select 9, Manage Lawson HTTP Endpoints and then select 5, Export HTTP Endpoints and HTTP Endpoint assignment to Service.
An XML file listing all HTTP endpoints and the services to which they have been assigned will be created.

To import endpoint group data:
- Open a command window on the server to which you want to import endpoints and then run ssoconfig.
- From the main ssoconfig menu, select 10, Manage HTTP Endpoint Groups.
- At the next prompt, select 8, Import HTTP Endpoints in HTTP Endpoint Group.
- At the next prompt, supply a name for the XML output file.

To import endpoints:
- Open a command window on the server to which you want to import endpoints and then run ssoconfig.
- From the main ssoconfig menu, select 9, Manage Lawson HTTP Endpoints.
- At the next prompt, select 7, Import HTTP Endpoints.

At the next prompt, supply a name for the XML input
file, the file you created in the previous step.
The data will be imported to the new server.
- When you are finished, press "8, Back" to return to the main menu or "9, Exit" to exit the ssoconfig utility.
