Deleting Waiting Jobs
Use this procedure to delete jobs with one of the following statuses: Hold, Needs Recovery, Waiting, Waiting Step, Waiting On Time, Waiting Recovery, Queue Inactive, or Invalid Params.
You can delete several jobs at once. The jobs must be next to each other on the list of waiting jobs. Marked jobs are deleted in the order they appear on the form. If a Needs Recovery job appears above a related Waiting Recovery job, the job scheduler submits the Waiting Recovery job immediately after deleting the Needs Recovery job and transfers it to the list of active jobs before it can be deleted.
When you delete a job with a status of Hold, Waiting, Waiting Step, Waiting On Time, Waiting Recovery, Queue Inactive, or Invalid Params, Job Scheduler stores it on the list of completed jobs with a status of Canceled.
When you delete a job with a status of Needs Recovery, it is stored on the list of completed jobs with a status of Recovery Deleted.
