Localize values for this Lawson server

The installation program fields contain the values you used to install Lawson on the master server. Most of these values should not be changed when you install secondary servers.

  1. Examine each panel to determine if you need to change any values. When you are done with a panel, click Next.
  2. Be sure to change the following values to localize the installation for this machine:

    • The directory that contains a Java JDK. Use the literal path to the Java SDK on this machine. The JDK versions on secondary servers much match the version on the master server.

    • The network-accessible address for this Lawson server. Use the MachineName, MachineName.DomainName.com, or the IP address for the machine where you are running the install.

  3. You can change the following values if you detected port number conflicts:

    • An available port for the security server to use for non-SSL communications.

    • The SSL listening port for the security server.
