Overview of the Lawson Interface Desktop (LID)

This manual provides procedures on basic and advanced features of the Lawson Interface Desktop. Also known as LID (for Lawson Interface Desktop) and formerly known as the Desktop Client and lawson.Interface Desktop, the Lawson Interface Desktop provides a user interface for the Lawson^® Environment and the Lawson applications.

This chapter provides a brief description of the Lawson Interface Desktop (LID) as well as considerations for setting up the Lawson Interface Desktop and personalizing the Lawson Interface Desktop for an individual user.
