The $FSTDOLLAR/$FSTPERCENT commands print the dollar sign ($) or percent sign (%) on fields with dollar or percent formats when the group prints after another group. On consecutive printings of this group, the dollar sign or percent sign does not print. If you do not use these commands, the dollar sign and percent sign print on every line.
