Application Directories

Directories on the Microsoft Windows server are arranged in a tree structure format. In a tree structure, all directories are subdirectories of a drive partition. The drive partition in the Windows server is designated by a drive letter (c:\). A drive contains subdirectories, such as lawenv\law\lawapp9 (for applications), lawenv\law\gen (for the Lawson Environment programs and files), and so on. In each of these directories are files, more subdirectories, or both

Directory names are separated by a backward slash (\). For example, if %LAWDIR% equals C:\lawenv\law and the directory name for the product line is lawapp9 then the full path to the product line directory is C:\lawenv\law\lawapp9.
