Running a Form Report

To run a form report

  1. On the Database Structure-Program Structure form, press Detail (F5) and choose Reports.
    In this field Type or Select (F4)
    Product Line The product line for which you want the report.
    System Code The system code for which you want the report.
    Program Code The program code for which you want the report.
    Form Report Yes to run a report listing the forms defined for the program.
    Relation Report Yes to run a report listing the relations defined for the program.
    Rule Report Yes to run a report listing the rules defined for the program.
  2. Press Form (F6) and select the forms to run the report against.

    If you do not select a form, the report runs for all forms in the program.

  3. Press OK to display the report output.

    Press Send (F8) and choose one of the following output options.

    Choose To
    File Send the report output to a file. In the File Name window, type the file name to which you want the output sent, and press OK.
    Printer Send the report output to an attached printer. In the Select Printer window, select the printer to which you want the output sent, and press OK.
    Form Display the report output using the lashow utility. (This option is the same as pressing OK.)
