Editing a Menu

  1. On the desired menu, press Edit (F7) and choose one of the following edit actions.
    Choose To
    Menu Title Override the menu title for a menu ID. This title overrides the active menu title only. This option is not valid for Transfer menus.
    Option Title

    Change the title for a menu option.

    Changing an option title changes the title only on the active menu. It does not change the form title defined during Form Definition, or the program title defined during Program Definition.
    Number of Columns

    Change the option display on the menu from a single column to a double column, and vice versa.

    To change the number of columns from one to two, column one must be full. To change the number of columns from two to one, column two must be empty.
  2. Press Exit to return to the form from which you accessed the menu.
