Manipulating Key Fields in an Index

The Key Fields subform appears below the Index Definition form. When you are defining a new index, this subform appears only after you have selected values for the fields in the Index Definition form. You can insert fields, make key fields ascending or descending, or move fields within the Key Fields subform.
