To define a relation condition

  1. In the Condition Name field on the Relation Definition form of the Database Definition tool, press Define (F6).

    To change a condition, in the Condition Name field, type or select the desired condition name and press Define (F6).

  2. In the Relation Is Valid subform, define the condition. For more information, see Defining Conditions.
