To delete a file

  1. On the File Definition form of the Database Definition tool, select any field in the Field Definition section of the form.
  2. Press Delete (F9).
  3. Press Enter.

    The system deletes the file and its objects (indexes, rules, and so on). The system does not delete a file that is related to another file. If a file has relations, first delete the relations, then delete the file. For more information, see Defining and Removing Relations.
