Viewing Database Relations

If the database structure for the selected primary file has more than four relations, an arrow appears next to the relations. If there are more relations to the right, a right arrow appears. If there are more relations to the left, a left arrow appears.

To view one-to-one relations

1. Use the following keystrokes to view relations:

   Press	To move
   Shift+→	One relation to the right.
   S hift+←	One relation to the left.

To view one-to-many relations

1. Use the following keystrokes to view relations:

   Press	To move
   Ctrl+→	One relation to the right.
   Ctrl+←	One relation to the left.

   You can view up to six relations on the form at the same time by pressing Show (F7) and choosing Columns. The system displays the form with a smaller font, enabling more relations to fit on the form.
