Reconfigure encryption

After you install the new JDK, follow the steps below to reconfigure encryption.

Note: You will need to reconfigure encryption for each Java JDK that you've updated.
  1. From a command prompt, navigate to the Java JDK bin directory:

    • For LSF, navigate to: %JAVA_HOME%\bin

    • For WebSphere, navigate to: %WAS_HOME%\<Java_version>\bin

  2. Run the following command:

    .\java -jar %GENDIR%\java\thirdParty\bcinstall.jar
