Update the LSF installation configuration file

To ensure that future releases and updates can connect to LDAP, update the install.cfg file.

  1. Locate and open this file for editing: LAWDIR/system/install.cfg
  2. Update the value for LDAPPORT to 3269. (Previously it was 389.)
  3. Update the value for LDAP_PROVIDER_URL to PORT to ldaps://usspvwsuptrain:636 Previously it was ldap://usspvwsuptrain:389.)
    When you are finished updating the properties will look like this:
    LDAPPORT=636
LDAP_PROVIDER_URL=ldaps://usspvwsuptrain:636
  4. When you are finished making updates, save and close install.cfg.
